Chinnor Summer Beer Festival Sponsorship

Chinnor Summer Beer Festival Sponsorship

Your chance to promote your business whilst supporting the youth of Chinnor

The Chinnor Beer Festival team is currently finalising preparations for this summer’s festival. Now in its sixth year, the Summer Beer Festival brings the whole village together for a great afternoon of top quality local English ales, good food and excellent home-reared bands. In our often hectic lives, it’s nice to take a step back and enjoy what we have on our own doorstep.

The Summer Beer Festival is now the premier event of the August Bank Holiday Saturday. Entry to the festival is free, ensuring a great turnout, and it’s been so successful that word is spreading to the local towns and villages, attracting even more visitors to discover what it has to offer.

£20,000 raised for Chinnor youth and youth groups so far

Every penny we raise (after our minimal expenses) goes straight back to youth-related activities and projects, sometimes in support of an individual who wishes to undertake a project with community benefits, sometimes in support of our excellent local clubs and institutions, or as essential seed money for a larger local project. So far, an amazing £20,000 has been raised.

Recognition for those companies who have generously supported the event

On the day of the festival, and through our online media presence, we make a point of giving recognition to those companies who have made the event possible through their generous support and sponsorship. At the festival, sponsor companies and the projects they have helped fund are clearly displayed throughout the festival area for all to see. What a great way to show off your business as a community supporter to the very people you serve. On our website your business logo will be listed under our sponsors tab.

Of course, we always like to show our appreciation to our sponsors and on the day there will be a glass and some beer tickets with your name on it as our way of saying “thank you” on a personal level. Just come along on the day and the ticket office will have your glass ready and waiting.

Sponsorship packages to suit every budget

Accompanying this letter is a list showing the ways in which your company can participate in this highly-regarded event. A member of the Beer Festival Committee will contact you shortly to discuss this sponsorship and promotional opportunity further and to provide the best solution for you and your business.

We appreciate that money is in short supply in these trying times, but it is precisely in these times that funding for youth projects is at its lowest. So let’s show what a great community pulling together can do to help support the young people with worthwhile projects or ambitions.

Many thanks,
Steve Bird, Chairman – Chinnor Beer Festival         Dave Wales, Secretary Chinnor Beer Festival
